He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Reighl and Charlotte Clair Hower (Walker); his wife Virginia Brouse; and his son-in-law Tony Snyder. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Hathcock of Watsontown, Juanita Bergmann of Navarre and Gina Snyder of Milton; and his siblings, Les Hower of Mifflinburg, Linda (Jay Napier) and Cindy (Gary Lowe). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
