He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Confer and Florence Confer (Hartman); his son Michael Confer; and his brother Larry Confer. He is survived by: his wife Janet Confer (Dugan); his son Leslie Confer (Patricia) of Maple Glen; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Confer of Woodstock, MD; and his daughter Eva Breneisen of Williamsport.
