She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kiefer and Evelyn Kiefer (Boyer); and her spouse Thomas J. Best Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas J. Best Jr. and Jeffrey A. Best. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
