He is survived by: his siblings, Patsy (Wayne Swartz), Larry, David (Alice King), Jayne Croll (Orvis Cromley), Wayne (Reese King), James (Cathy King), Randy (Nancy King) and Barry (Kathy King); and his nephews, Nicholas King and Jeremy Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
