He is survived by: his parents, Cody Allen and Ashley Kay Zerby (Farr) of Lewisburg; his brother Rowen Jacob Zerby; his grandparents, Lynn Shaffer of Berwick, Andrew Shaffer of Berwick, Heidi Greine of Catawissa Pa, Joseph Farr II of Florida, Michael and Bonnie Zerby of Milton; and his great-grandparents, Dale, Betty Young of Millville, Wayne, Christine Shaffer of Nescopeck, Joe, Dennette Farr of Millville, Carl, Rebecca Squier of Milton and Ken Zechman of Vicksburg. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
