She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Smith M. D. and Harriet Smith-Tibbits of Hartland, NY.; and her brother George Smith (Linda) of Medina, NY.. She is survived by: her husband David L. Murphy of Lewisburg, PA.; her children, Reneé Mattiuzzo of Lockport, NY, Ryan Kleinhans (Donna) of Lockport, NY and Peter Kleinhans (Rene) of Apex, NC; her stepdaughter Tonya Patrum (Richie) of Navarre, FL; her grandchildren, Brittany, Andrew, Madison, Nicholas, Benjamin, Jaden and Logan; her sister JoAnn Harley (James) of Annville, PA; and her pet Scout. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
