He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Czelatko. He is survived by: his wife Sophie Artuhewich; and his children, Joseph Czelatko (Lyndol Burge) of Branchville, NJ, Caroline (George Riegg), Valerie (Joseph DiBella) and Alice (Les Dodd). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
