He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Perles II and Rose Mary Perles (Girolami); and his grandparents, John S., Josephine Perles, Luigi and Rose Girolami.
He is survived by: his wife Jessica D. Case; his children, Bryce, Brock, Bo Perles, Tiffany, Tyra, Mikayla Perles and Taylor Clark (Braeden); his granddaughter Cadence; his sister Charmaine Klingler (Robert Weaver); and his nephews, Luke and Lance.
