He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Watts and Helen Watts; his wife Connie Young; his children, James Watts, Jr., Kay Caldwell and Donna Clayton; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law John Styer; his brothers, Tom, Dave, Bob and Richard Watts; and his mother-in-law Margaret Force.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy; his son-in-law Brad Webber of Lewisburg; his stepson Brian Young of Montandon; his son-in-law Paul Caldwell; his sisters, Wanda and Ida; and his siblings-in-law, Jeff, Cathy Paul and Sue Young. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
