It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Edward Gardner (Lewisburg, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gardner and Josephine Gardner (Davis); his wife Patricia Ruth Treasure; and his brother John Gardner. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth (Keith Flickinger) and Paula Gardner of Lewisburg; his sister Jane Bender of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Monaghan, Maggie Whelan, Ben Flickinger and Erik Flickinger.

After a seven year fight, he succumbed to Lewy Body Dementia with Parkinson's.
