With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James C. VanBuskirk of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo VanBuskirk and Sara VanBuskirk (Miller); his wife Linda M. Heintzelman; and his brother-in-law John Boback. He is survived by: his daughters, Leanne VanBuskirk-Orcutt (Adam) of Lewisburg and Sara Dowd (Andrew) of Centre Hall; his siblings, Gary VanBuskirk (Caroline) and Susan Boback of Elysburg; and his grandchildren, Calvin, Luke Dowd and Inga Orcutt.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church of Winfield (24 PA-304, Winfield, PA 17889). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
