He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer O. Solomon and Mildred E. Solomon (Shannon); and his brother Donald Solomon. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Roach (Donald) of Alburtis, PA, Michael Solomon (Lori) of Orlando, FL and Gay Melnick (Richard) of Brookeville, MD; his grandchildren, Sarah Hernandez, Tyler Roach, Brett and Kyle Melnick; and his great grandchildren, Aidan and Joshua Roach.
To honor Jack's commitment to children's education, the family suggests contributions in his memory be made to the Lewisburg Children's Museum, 815 Market St., #14, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
