She was predeceased by: her parent Mildred Johnson (Kreppenneck); her stepparent Lewis C. Johnson; her son Donald W. Shutt Jr; and her grandsons, Charles R. Cook, Adam Katherman, Leroy A. Culver, Hayden, Madeline and Catlyn.
She is survived by: her spouse Donald W. Shutt Sr; her son LeRoy D. Shutt of New Columbia; and her sons-in-law, Marcia A. of New Columbia, Archie Culver of New Columbia, Myra E. Cook of New Columbia, Julia A. Smith of New Columbia, Nancy J. and Phillip Dietrich of Mifflinburg.
