He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zarkoski and Catherine Zarkoski (Barrett); his siblings, John "Jack" Zarkoski and Frances Ambrose; and his stepdaughter LuAnne Greco.
He is survived by: his former wife MaryAnn Michalowski; his wife MaryAnn Zarkoski; his children, David Zarkoski (Mary Jude) of Spring City, Alan Zarkoski (Patti) of Trooper and Lisa Zarkoski of Pottstown; his stepchildren, Louis Greco of Winfield and Theresa Greco-Marsh (Steven); his grandchildren, Christopher, David, Nicholas, Joseph Zarkoski, Laura, Anna, Maura and Abigail Zarkoski; his brother Martin Zarkoski (Geraldine) of Kulpmont; and his former wife Laura Ann Troxell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
