He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dobbs and Priscilla Dobbs (Towle); his brother Randall Dobbs; his stepson Carter Owen; and his nephew Andrew Ritz.
He is survived by: his wife Glenn Ellen; his children, Jennifer McLysaght of Wheaton, IL, Elizabeth McCarel (Matt) of Fishers, IN and DJ Dobbs (Lynn) of Naperville, IL; his stepsons, Arch Owen (Debbie) of Amesbury, MA and Hank Owen (Lisa) of Medford, NJ; his sister Priscilla "Kit" Ritz of Saugerties, NY; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Kelly McLysaght, Ryan and Kara Dobbs; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Owen (Mollie Lunn), Brittany, Christian, Ella and Amelia Owen; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Clara Owen.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 18 Market St. Lewisburg, PA 17837.
