She is survived by: her parents, Frank E. Hort, Jr. and Lucinda L. Ludwig (Hurry) of Berwick; her mother-in-law Monica of Northumberland; her stepfather Shawn Miller of Polk City; her siblings, Hailey Miller (Owen Ludwig), Dalton Hort, McKenzie Hort Greyson Hort (Jaxon Hort) and Megan Miller of Lewisburg; and her grandparents, Lucinda, Bruce Shallenberger of Lewisburg, Donald, Kelly Hurry of Syracuse, Kenneth Miller of Mifflinburg, Frank, Gail Hort, Sr. of Milton, John and Pamela Gass of Northumberland. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Service (325 Market St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815).
