He was predeceased by: his brother Jose Rodriguez Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, William Rivera and Gladys Margarita Santiago; his wife Erbina Cotto; his daughters, Carla Mandonado of New York and Jackie Rivera of Puerto Rico; his stepdaughters, Veronica Galvez of West Milton, Lissette Cotto of South Carolina and Esmeralda Cotto of Lewisburg; and his siblings, George J. Ponce DeLeon of Sunbury, Nancy Rosario of Puerto Rico, Madeline Rodriguez of Puerto Rico and Evelyn Rodriguez of New York. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
