She was predeceased by: her parent Chester Cook; her spouse Gilbert G. Swank; and her brothers, Stanford Cook of State College and Chester Cook Jr. of Elysburg. She is survived by: her parent Florence Cook (Teitsworth); her son Dennis Swank; her daughter-in-law Kathy Swank of Lewisburg; her grandson Adam Swank; her wife Hilary Swank of Thornton; and her grandson Patrick Swank of San Diego, California. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
