He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine F. Grill and Mary Grill; his wife Claire; and his siblings, Dorothy, Valentine and Ludwig.
He is survived by: his children, David Grill (Lestia) of Lewisburg, Christy Kale (John Barton) of Austin, TX, Kelly Grill of Brooklyn, NY, Derek Grill of Dewart and Kathleen Senior (James) of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
