He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Altoff and Emma A. Altoff (Colburn); his wife Dixie L. Altoff (Eisenhauer); and his sisters, Emily Kimball and Charlene Himelsbach.
He is survived by: his brother Charles E. Altoff Jr. of Mechanicsburg; and his nieces, Angela Evans of Dillsburg, Dawn Yeager of Enola, Dori Dorritie of Newport, Christine Brady of New Cumberland and Diana Gopear of Lewisberry.
