She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Crotsley and Nela Jean Kennedy (Koontz); and her siblings, Kay Lingenfelter and Paul Kennedy. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Witters; her daughter Loretta Hill (Andrew Richcreek) of Lewisberry; her grandchildren, Jordan Hill of Lewisberry and Samantha Richcreek of Lewisberry; her siblings, Ray, Mike, William Kennedy, Ruth Noel, Glenda Fisher and Bonnie Socie; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Koppenhaver, Donna Thornhill and Don Witters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
