He is survived by: his wife Pat (Riley); his sons, Shawn Smith (Jennifer) of York and Matthew Smith (Amanda) of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Riley Smith, Ian Smith, Noah Smith and Natalie Smith; and his siblings, Douglas Smith, Lavon Lauber, Sandra Everhart, Catherine Leininger, Cheryl Hoke and Kimberly Smith.
