He is survived by: his wife Vincie Burgess of Lewis Run; his daughters, Deborah Bouquin (Homer) of Bradford and Elizabeth Bailey of Lewis Run; his grandchildren, Andrew Bailey (Emily Karnes), Nicole Bouquin and Zack Bouquin (Mindy Yeager); and his great grandchildren, Shayla Buchanan, Jordan Bailey and Aiden Yeager.
