He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Williams and Josephine Yarka Williams. He is survived by: his wife Barbara L. "Barbie" Jones; his children, Deanna Hallock (Kenneth) of Oswayo, Chelsi Solbenson (Leif) of Williamsport and Rick Nudd (Heidi) of Shinglehouse; his grandchildren, Kennedy Mahon (Seth), Madison Nudd and Kenneth "Buster" Hallock; and his siblings, Eva Russo of Bath, N. Y., Deanna Cole (Butch) of Cameron Mills, N. Y., Kathy McNutt of Gillford, NH, Clarence Williams of Cameron Mill, N. Y. and Robert Williams (Doreen) of Timmouth, VT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
