She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jr. Pascarella and Helen Rensel Pascarella; her husband Benjamin S. Kohler; her brothers, Bobby Jay Pascarella and Terry Pascarella; her stepfather Aldo Zandi; and her close friend Judy Cattoni.

She is survived by: her daughters, Darci Goodling of Rixford and Dara Haynoski (Eric) of Bradford; her siblings, Allyn Pascarella of Bradford and Mary Beth Maley (Gary) of Cyclone; and her grandsons, Brandon Goodling of Rixford, Eli and Mason Haynoski of Bradford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
