She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph and Confesora Martinez Rivera, Sr.. She is survived by: her spouse Casey Kan of Marshburg; her daughters, Kaitlyn Kan (Mark Cline, Jr.) of Allegany, NY and Nichole Murphy (Phillip) of Wayland, NY; her siblings, Robert Rivera (Sandy) of Johns Creek, GA, Gladys Rivera of Westfield, NY and Marie Rivera of Jamestown, NY; and her granddaughter Kyla Kan of Allegany, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
