She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Smith and Ada Smith (Pfouts). She is survived by: her spouse John; her sister Charlotte Wetzel of Elyria, OH; and also Kempf. She is also survived by her parents, husband, eight brothers, three sisters, and a niece.
