He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Pitts (Jeffrey) of Lewis Run and Michele Milks (Carl) of Bradford; his granddaughters, Jennifer Milks, Katherine McAndrew, Elizabeth Phearsdorf (Andrew Sr.) and Samantha Woodhouse; and his great grandchildren, Ella McAndrew, Grace McAndrew, Annalysa Woodhouse, Lilyanna Phearsdorf, Andrew Phearsdorf Jr. and Jeremiah McFadden.
