He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl A. Butler and Anna C. Butler (Whelan); his son Michael J. Butler; and his brother Jay Butler. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Zamberlan); his children, Belinda Hackett of Riverdale, GA, Denise O'Neil (Robert) of Bradford and David Butler (Terri) of Lewis Run; his brother Paul Butler of Venice, FL; and his grandchildren, Douglas O'Neil (Jen Kibbe), Bryan O'Neil, Gregory Hackett, Angela Ward, Keith Butler (Lindsay), Michael Butler, Jeremy Butler and Trevor Mowery (Brittany). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. and several nieces and nephews.
