She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Palmer and Dolores Palmer; and her stepfather Douglas Watson. She is survived by: her stepmother Lynn Palmer; and her siblings, Thomas Palmer (Carol), Kim Trezise (Scott), Donna DiIorio, Joseph Palmer (Jody) and Tracy Diviny (Sean). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
