He was predeceased by: his sister Dolores Murzyn (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Regina; his children, Theodore A. Kajkowski, Jr. (Marie), Keith (Gail), Regina Enoch (late Costantino), Jeffrey Jr., Nicole, Sean, Stephanie, Jessica, Christopher Jr., Scott, Jake and Kylie; and his siblings, Richard (Ruth), Alice Hanna (Richard) and John (late Grace). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law.
