She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sr. Belko and Rose Belko (Calabrese). She is survived by: her siblings, Len Jr. Belko (Lisa), Vince Belko and Monica Belko; her nephew Tim Belko; and her nieces, Marissa Belko, Jenna Belko, Jessica Belko, Alicia Belko and Emily Belko.
