She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Skelston and Margaret Skelston; her brother Robert Skelston; her sister-in-law Peggy Skelston; her husband Frank Vaida; her children, Frank Vaida (Lisa), Kevin Vaida (Jenn) and Sherry Mitchell (Bob); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Catey, Nate, Connor, Justin and Julia. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
