He was predeceased by: his mother Lynne Lavelle Costigan; and his grandparents, Rose Lavelle of Ohio and James Lavelle. He is survived by: his father Richard J. Costigan III; his sisters, Christina Marie and Kelly Rose Costigan; and his grandparents, Richard J. Costigan, Jr. and Mary Ann V. DiStefano Costigan. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
