She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hibbs and Regina Hibbs; her husband William T. Mitchell; her daughter Kimberly Ann; and her brothers, James and William Hibbs.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Darroch; her granddaughter Danielle Darroch; and her siblings, Richard, Thomas Hibbs and Patricia Hibbs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
