He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary; and his siblings, John McNeil and Elizabeth McNeil Galante. He is survived by: his children, Ellen Fadden (James Lowrie), J. Raymond McNeil (Deborah Gereaghty), Rosemary Weidner (Bruce) and John D. McNeil (Toni); and his friend MaryLou. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
