He was predeceased by: his father Phillip L. Burke, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda (Frey); his daughter Brittany A. Burke; his stepson Joseph Daniel Monahan; his mother Pauline Powell; and his siblings, Paul, Chris Burke, Crystal Smith and Pearline G. Davis (Erik). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
