We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2023, at the age of 68, Philip C. Kaplan of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kaplan (Pico); his sons, Daniel Kaplan (Gillian Spencer) and Steven Kaplan (Nicole); his grandchildren, Charles and Lucy; and his sister Nadine Parker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
