She is survived by: her children, Valarie Simmons, Kimberly Cavanaugh (Joseph), Veronica Simmons (Stanley), Charles Simmons Jr. (Michelle) and Christopher Simmons Sr.; her son-in-law Kenneth Koscinski; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Raymond, Valarie, Melody, Amelia, Craig, Shannon, Nick, Madison, Kaidence, Joey, Ryan, Bryanna, Alyssa, Tony, Sean, Erik, Skylar, Anthony, Leo, Isabella, Makayla, Juliette and Chris Jr..
