She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth M. Ritter (Rieth) and Charles Ritter; her husband James E. Rouse Sr.; her son James E. Rouse Jr.; and her sister Ruth Bennett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Neuner (Don), Linda Pittman and Maureen Rouse; her daughter-in-law BJ Rouse; her grandchildren, Dawn Neuner, Patrice Pittman-Kruk, Donald Neuner Jr., Melinda Neuner, Chris Neuner, Heather Pittman, Brian Neuner, Kyle Rouse, Jennie Rouse, Stacy Neuner and D. J. Pittman; and her great grandchildren, Kali, Robert, Lyndsey, Brian, Chris, Liliana, Damian, Olivia, Rocco, Julia, Jackson, Rylee and Emmitt. She is also survived by 3 great great grandchildren.
