She was predeceased by: her father Kevin Booth; and her cousin Kory Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Maximus, Makaila and Manny; her mother Kathy; her stepfather George; her brothers, Jeremy (Jess), Billy, Ryan (Sam) and Michael; and her close friends, Deanna and Diana. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
