She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Ciesielski and Florence Ciesielski. She is survived by: her husband William; her daughters, Patricia Ravert (Michael) and Mandi Leap; her grandchildren, Ronald III (Samantha), Dallas (Vaugh), Josie (Austin), Blaize, Timmy and Kane; her great grandchildren, Tyler, David and Willow; her sisters, Sharon Markert and Mary Maddy; and her aunt Bonnie Potts. She is also survived by husband of 52 years and daughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either Bingo's Foundation (http://www.bingosfoundation.org) or the Mason Chandler Allen Memorial Foundation (http://www.mcamf.org) which was founded to fund research to find better treatment for osteosarcoma, the most common bone cancer affecting children and adolescents, which took the life of Blaize's best friend at 13 years old.
