She was predeceased by: her parents, L. D. Caye and Anna Caye; her husband Robert Small Sr.; and her children, Robert Small Jr., Nancy Jocelyn Small and Michelle Small Schmitzer.
She is survived by: her children, Cathryn Christi (Joseph), Sandra Danson, Melonie Burgess (William) and McKenzie Small (Li Li); and her friend Shirley Frantz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Services will be private due to Covid restrictions.
