With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Brittain of Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arden Houser and Agnes Houser; her husband John Robert Brittain, Sr.; and her sons, John Robert Jr. and Patrick Brittain Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Umek and Jan Brittain (Margaret); and her grandchildren, Eric Brittain (Traci), Jennifer Fischer (Steve), Jessica Melville (Neil), Francine McGonagle (Phillip), William Umek (Sheila), Robert Umek (Jennifer), Marianne Yobb (Joseph), Eileen Lindsay (Russell), Patrick Brittain Jr. (Debbie) and Patrick Brittain (Debbie). She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren;and two great great grandchildren.
