He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Ann Mayne. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brad (Denise), Brian (Theresa), Paige (Dakota), Madisyn, Mitchell and Dillon; his little jackpot winners, Lilliana, Brooke and Grayson; and his sister Lonni Everson.
