It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn E. Dugan in Levittown, Pennsylvania, born in Croydon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel J. Dugan; and her brother George Winterstein. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Dugan (Donna), Dave Dugan (Jeanne) and Kimberly Mullin (Jim); and her grandchildren, Kelly (Lenny), Danny (Melissa), Colleen (Jesus), David, Adam, Jenna (Charlie), Jimmy (Tanya), Jason and Mike. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
