She is survived by: her children, James J Moffitt Jr. (Cindy Cramer) and Gail Ann Moffitt; her husband Antonio Carosi; her grandchildren, Alexandra L. Krecker, Kendall Messick and Sean Messick; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jayden and Braden; and her grandson Alexander L. Krecker.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in Josephine's name to the Salvation Army.
