Josephine left this world on September 29, 2024 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P Surace and Mary Martin Surace; her former husband James Moffitt Sr.; and her brother Pasquale Surace. She is survived by: her children, James J Moffitt Jr. (Cindy Cramer) and Gail Ann Moffitt; her husband Antonio Carosi; her grandchildren, Alexandra L Krecker, Kendall Messick and Sean Messick; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Jayden and Braden; and her grandson Alexander L. Krecker.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (5201 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020).
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in Josephine's name to the Salvation Army.
