He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Biehl and Theresa Biehl; his wife Sharon Biehl; and his siblings, Clifton, Jr. and Theresa Biehl.
He is survived by: his children, Philip Bray (Rochelle), Joseph Biehl (Kaitlyn) and Sarah Kirk (Christopher); his grandchildren, LylaJames, Juliana, Marabelle and Samuel; his sisters, Loretta Allen, Patricia DeBlasio and Cynthia Evans; and his sisters-in-law, Claire Biehl, Peggy Dura (Bob) and Helen Smith (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joe's memory to Bucks County Mutual Aid.
