He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mulhern (Hughes) and James Patrick Mulhern. He is survived by: his children, John (Rita), Jerry (Susan), Patricia, Terrence (Marie) and Timothy (Eileen); his grandchildren, John, Michael, Patrice, Joseph, Mark, Terrence, Jr., Abbey, Jayne, Timothy and Meghan; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Samuel, Cora, Molly, Margaret, Jack, Patrick and Edward.
