He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Alfred E. Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Roseann Hayes; his sons, Patrick Hayes of Utah, Christopher Hayes of Red Hill and Eric Hayes (Deborah) of Norristown; his granddaughters, Kiley and Sammy; and his siblings, Danny (Nancy), Fran (Linda), Tommy (Eleanor) and Margaret Orwigsburg. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
